eTerveyspalvelut is the online electronic services platform of the City of Kuopio, designed to ensure your smooth contact and communication with social services and health care professionals. It allows you to use our services in a flexible fashion whenever it best fits your timetable. eTerveyspalvelut is not intended for matters requiring urgent contact. The use of the services is free of charge.

The City of Kuopio eTerveyspalvelut platform encompasses an appointment booking service, a text message service, and an online form service. Services open to all Kuopio inhabitants or to a specific subset you are part of are open to you. Social services or health care professionals will, for instance in connection with an in-person visit, always direct you to use any eTerveyspalvelut services specific to your personal treatment or service plan.
