New daycare application, pre-school registration or service request application
 

As a new client you can do the following without identification: 
• File a daycare application
• Make a pre-school registration
(When you are enrolling for pre-school education in a private daycare centre, you will also need to make a service request if the child needs daycare in addition to the free pre-school education.)
• File an application for a private daycare service
• Assess the amount of family daycare fees
• Make a transfer request to another daycare centre

Electronic transaction identified as identifier (bank identifier)

As a daycare client (the application for a single child's family is already stored in the customer information system) you can
• Change your phone and email contact information
• File a daycare application (pre-filled)
• Make a pre-school registration (pre-filled)
(When you are enrolling for pre-school education in a private daycare centre, you will also need to make a service request if the child needs daycare in addition to the free pre-school education.)
• Make a service request for private daycare (pre-filled)
• Assess the amount of family daycare fees
• Terminate the daycare and pre-school place
• Make a transfer request to another daycare centre
• Accept the highest daycare fee, so you do not have to submit income data
