The event is free of charge and intended for all international residents and students of Kuopio. At the event organized by International House Kuopio, you will meet experts and employers from different fields. The event is organized in cooperation with the Competence-Based Recruitment project, TyöNavigaattori, and other regional actors.

  • Come and listen to an expert presentation, ask questions, and discuss the topic in plain Finnish
  • You can meet and network with companies, organizations, and other actors
  • You will receive information about Finnish working life in plain Finnish. English is used as a support language.

Come and listen to what a work try-out means and how you can access a work try-out!
We will also discuss work try-outs from the perspective of early childhood education, with Tuija Salo as the speaker.


Please note that the presentation will be in Finnish – if your Finnish language skills are not yet very strong, you can use a translator of your choice. We aim to keep the discussion also in plain Finnish!
