Individual Learning Account pilot (ESR+)
The goal of the Individual Learning Account pilot is to develop a totally new, flexible training model that allows job seekers to enhance their skills through short-term training programs. The objectives of the project are are:
- To promote the employment and skill development of target groups
- To develop a new operational model based on short-term training
- To reduce skill gaps and provide targeted training to meet the skill needs of the labor market
- To address the mismatch between open job positions and the available workforce
- To integrate continuous learning more broadly into the skill needs of the region, job seekers, and employers
- To develop a new networked ecosystem involving various stakeholders (municipalities, educational institutions, companies and employers, various associations, private service providers, organizations, and job seekers)
