Keltsu – An open meeting place
The meeting place Keltsu is organised by Sirkkulanpuiston toimintayhdistys ry, who provide social services in Kuopio. The meeting place is open to anyone looking for free activities, a place to meet others or to get support for everyday life. We do not require sobriety from visitors, but keep in mind that other people in the space need to be able to feel safe.
