Kuopio Adult Education Centre courses with the Kultsi

With Kultsi you can participate in two (2) courses at Kuopio Adult Education Centre during the academic year!

Please note that Kultsi is only available for courses that are marked as Kultsi courses.

Kultsi is personal.

Kultsi cannot be used for material fees.

Kultsi holder can only use Kultsi for a max. 2 courses per semester

Payment with Kultsi must be made at the Puistokartano customer service desk no later than the due date of the payment link sent by email after the start of the course.
