Sales permit by notification procedure

- Free max. 5 days/month Prices according to the price list are charged for permits exceeding 5 days/month
- The request for a sales point is sent to kunnossapito@kuopio.fi
- For longer term sales (more than 5 days/month), a paid sales point either at the Market Square or the harbour market must be purchased.
- The permit must be applied for at least 7 days before the start of sales.
- If the operator does not apply for a permit through the notification procedure or acts in violation of trade regulations, the city will charge the operator a fee of EUR 100.
- Prepared food may not be sold at markets. Burger stands etc. must apply for a place at the Market Square.
- Open flames are prohibited

The price list for market squares in rural areas and neighbourhoods is valid until further notice. Prices include 24% VAT.
