Submit you information service request primarily using the above electronic forms.
- Request for documents is a general form for requests for information from recent and already archived materials of the City of Kuopio.
- You can order copies of your school certificates from basic education and upper secondary school using the form Request for documents, a school certificate copy.
- Request for documents from the building control services’ archives is a form for archived building control services’ documents. The orders are primarily made in Lupapiste.fi.
- You can request personal data from a certain service area using the form Request for verification of register data (the form requires strong identification).
Most of the documents are public and can be ordered as copies or are available at the City archive (link coming) facilities in accordance with the laws and regulations on publicity. Parts of the information services are subject to a fee and will be invoiced in accordance with a valid price list.
