The gift card can be loaded with the amount you want, and it can be used as a means of payment at several city offices. With the gift card, you can buy, for example, products from museum shops, entrance tickets to sports facilities or even pay a fishing fee at the checkout of the council house.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and unused balance is non-refundable.
The balance on the gift card can be used in several instalments, which means that you do not have to use everything at once. The gift card cannot be recharged after the first recharge.
The gift card can be paid in cash or with a debit card, but not with sports and culture vouchers or other similar benefits (e.g. ePassi).
Lost, stolen or expired gift cards will not be replaced, exchanged for cash or another card.
