Secure e-mail

If you need to send confidential information or an attachment containing confidential information to the city organisation, follow these instructions: 

1. Navigate to the site https://securemail.kuopio.fi 

2. Enter your email address to the field that appears and click “Jatka” (“Continue”). 

3. On the next screen, you must select “Rekisteröidy” (“Register”). You will then receive a link to your own email. Click the link to access the user interface for sending secure email. 

4. Type the recipient’s e-mail address, the title, and the content of your e-mail in the form. You can add an attachment using the add button below the content text. 

5. When all the required information is added, press “Lähetä” (“Send”).
