City of Kuopio - Frontpage

Kuopio has succeeded again in the cities`attractiveness research and became the second most attractive city in Finland for the third year in a row. The most attractive city is Tampere.

Kuopio is a part of the national campaign of a public service media company YLE - Million garbage bags. The goal of the campaign is to encourage people to collect a million bags of garbage from the environment and to reduce indifference of littering.

There are a lot of things to do during the vacation week for children of different ages and whole families. After the outdoor activities it is nice to take part in the indoor games and events. There are a lot of free programs coming.
