Group counselling for improving physical activity and lifestyle habits​

Have you lost your spark for exercise? Do you feel your diet could be improved? Are you concerned about your health? Looking for some support in making a lifestyle changes? Join our free group for physical activity counseling and lifestyle guidance!

In this group-based program for working-age adults, we work together toward positive change. The group meets five (5) times over the course of three months. The sessions cover topics such as increasing physical activity, healthy eating, and factors that support lifestyle changes—through discussion and practical exercises. You’ll also receive valuable peer support from others in similar situations.
