For gym services in Juankoski, the City of Kuopio has entered into a partnership with Valimon Salit Oy. Gym workout is suitable for almost everyone, and it is good for both physical fitness and mental health. Please note, however, that you must be at least 15 years of age to use the city gyms. People younger than 15 must practise in the presence of a parent or trainer. For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 may not be brought to the gym.
