– One of the main principles of the Facility services of the City of Kuopio is to ensure that indoor air conditions and safety of the City’s service buildings are not endangered. All measures related to improving energy efficiency are always considered on a case-by-case basis together with the Facility services’ own healthy building experts, explains building services expert Harri Asikainen from the City’s Facility services.
