It takes 1 to 2 months to prepare a plot division.
It is advisable to submit the plot division plan well in advance.
Fee for changing the plot division
The costs of preparing a plot division are charged according to the Land Property Management Services fee (in Finnish).
Parcelling
The plot is formed in a parcelling procedure (legal cadastral survey).
Fees for parcelling
The sum of the parcelling fee is determined according to the cadastral survey fee (in Finnish).
