Civil defense shelters used for sports

In Kuopio, under normal conditions, many of the civil defense shelters are used for sports, for example as gyms.

Prices

•    One year subscription, working adults, 112,10 €
•    One year subscription, discount groups, 65,70 €
•    6 months subscription, working adults, 62,90 €
•    6 months subscription, discount groups 39,70 €
•    A single admission to the Studentia gym is 6,80 euros.

Discount groups:

•    customers under the age of 18
•    students with student card
•    conscripts or persons undergoing non-military service
•    persons with a 30 % disability
•    pensioners
•    persons who are entitled to disability pension
•    unemployed

In addition, Healthy Kuopio -card is needed for the use of the Kotkankallio civil defense shelter and the Rajala civil defense shelter.

Furthermore, Healthy Kuopio -card is needed for downloading the service. The Healthy Kuopio card costs 7,90 euros and it is available from the customer services of the Kuopio Hall and the Niirala and Lippumäki Swimming Pools.  

Subscriptions for the Studentia gym entitle also to the use of the Kotkankallio Civil Defense Shelter and the Rajala Civil Defense Shelter Mon–Fri 7 pm–10 pm and Sat–Sun 9 am–9 pm.

Subscriptions for civil defense shelters entitle to the use of the Studentia Gym from Monday to Friday 7 pm–10 pm and from Saturday to Sunday 9 am–9 pm.

Kotkankallio Civil Defense Shelter

It is recommended that you use other gyms in wintertime, as the Kotkankallio Civil Defense Shelter is reserved for sport clubs on weekdays after 3:30 pm and the whole day on Saturdays and Sundays at that time.
