Permit under the Off Road Traffic Act and the Water Traffic Act
A permit under the Off Road Traffic Act or the Water Traffic Act aims to prevent unreasonable harm to nature and the environment.
In accordance with the Off Road Traffic Act, a permit for the establishment of a snowmobile route and for competitions and exercises with motorised vehicles is applied for from the municipal environmental protection authority. The application must contain the information presented in the Off Road Traffic Act and Decree. A permit for organising competitions, exercises or events with motorised watercraft is also applied for from the municipal environmental protection authority.
