Stand By Me – supportive job search coaching
The objective of the coaching is to help you identify your abilities and the opportunities available to you.
Supportive job search coaching for local government pilot clients, where you will have the opportunity to:
- verbalise and verify your competence
- assess your labour market position, taking your current situation into account
- receive personal assistance and support in using the ForeAmmatti PLUS service and finding jobs
- receive concrete help for finding available positions
- participate in supportive coaching that will follow you every step of the way
Your participation in the coaching is specified in your employment plan, which you will make together with your personal coach. The coaching’s contact person is Kalle Mertanen, who you can contact if you have any questions about the coaching.
To access the coaching, speak with your personal coach. They will refer you to the Stand By Me coach, who will then contact you to discuss when you can begin the coaching.
