Weighted-curriculum education

Weighted-curriculum education refers to intensive and advanced instruction in a particular subject. It is possible to form a separate study group of pupils for weighted-curriculum education. Weighted-curriculum education is included in optional subjects in the 8th and 9th years and reduces the number of other optional subjects in these years.

Applying through entrance examinations

Pupils are admitted to weighted-curriculum education through entrance examinations. Information about the time, date and contents of entrance examinations will be given as required. Admitted pupils will receive written confirmation of their admission. Pupils can apply for two types of weighted-curriculum education at most. Applications for weighted-curriculum education and the order of choices are binding. If a pupil is admitted to both of their choices, they will be allocated according to their first choice.
